– No Tires ($25.00 fine per month)

– Dumpster available near front entrance of property. Please obey the rules. (NO OILS) If the dumpster is full – DO NOT UTILIZE. Pick up is on Tuesday’s and Friday’s.

– Please park your vehicle in YOUR spot when removing the Tractor/Trailer

– Maintain 10mph or lessor speed throughout the yard. (NO DUST)
